The Terms & Conditions apply to all PartiLife services and use of the www.partilife.ca website. By purchasing a ticket, by participating in a PartiLife event, purchasing our products or by utilizing the website, you must agree and are bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
PartiLife provides instructional services that guide a group of people from starting supplies to a finished product. All supplies are provided by PartiLife and their cost included in all ticket prices. Our Guides are present to offer assistance and instruction however, due to the nature of creative work, each person in the group will have a slightly different results, for a truly unique and personalized experience. There is no way for PartiLife to guarantee that your results will be the same as the Guide’s or that of the original design.
We offer our services to all ages. The host of the event may opt to limit attendees based on age, therefore it is important to ensure that minors are allowed prior to purchasing your tickets. Tickets for events close 48 hours prior to the event or until the event is sold out.
We are continually making adjustments to improve our services. Our services, pricing and Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
All personal information applicable to the identity of an individual is protected and not disclosed unless for legal reasons. The private information of our patrons is not shared with any third parties and is kept confidential at all times.
By purchasing a ticket to a PartiLife event you agree to receive correspondance from PartiLife relating to your purchase, payment information, event booking details, promotions and other offers, newsletters, etc. If you wish to stop all communications with PartiLife simply email your request to [email protected]
The unauthorized use of any PartiLife property is strictly prohibited. All of the designs used are the property of PartiLife and are only authorized to be utilized during PartiLife events. Anything created at a PartiLife event is for personal use only and not to be made for commercial resale. The duplication of any PartiLife plant or art designs, other than permitted through the purchase of an event ticket, is strictly prohibited and subject to copyright infringement.

To host there are no fees outside of the cost per person. All that is required is a table space and chair per guest at the location of your choosing. Travel charges may be applicable if the event is outside of the free travel zone, in which you would be notified by the PartiLife office upon booking. All bookings start at a maximum of 40 guests. If you intend on a larger group it is important that you notify PartiLife so that they can advise you accordingly.
All PartiLife event tickets are sold in-advance on the www.partilife.ca website.

When you purchase a ticket from PartiLife you implicitly give PartiLife permission to charge you based on the pay option selected at checkout. Tickets close 48 hours prior to the event, and there are no tickets sold at the door during events. Any orders placed, without payment received, may be cancelled after 72 hours of non-payment. Tickets will only make note the purchaser, therefore the purchaser is always required to keep a list of names of any individuals they have purchased tickets for.
Guides do not handle ticket sales. We understand that not all guests are comfortable purchasing online. Therefore, if the host wishes to purchase a ticket for an attendee and collect on their behalf, they are permitted to do so. PartiLife is not responsible for any funds owed to the host in the instance they purchase tickets for their guests.
When you book an event with PartiLife where the host is responsible for the total event cost (eg – kids birthday party or staff function), as the host you agree to pay the full invoice for the full event cost. A deposit is required to secure the date (for details please see below). Prior to issuing the final invoice, PartiLife will communicate with the host by email to confirm the total number of paper tickets sold (if applicable). Once confirmed an invoice for the remainder due is forwarded to the host by email and due upon receipt. The remainder of the event cost is due 48 hours prior to the event and must be paid in full. Once the head count is confirmed, the number of attendees cannot be changed for invoicing purposes. Attendees are responsible for payment for any tickets purchased directly online.

There is a $100 non-refundable deposit due upon booking to secure the date. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a different date if PartiLife is notified more than 15 days in advance of the event. If PartiLife is notified of the date change with 14 days or less prior to the event, the deposit is non-transferable to the new event date and an additional deposit would be required.
All tickets are non-refundable. If you have purchased for the wrong event, your tickets can be transferred to the correct event if PartiLife is notified within 72 hours of the error. Once 72 hours or more has elapsed since the purchase of the ticket(s) then they are no longer transferable to a different event or refundable. Please ensure that the event accepts minors prior to purchasing a ticket for anyone under 18. If the event is restricted by age then it will be noted in the event description therefore no refunds are offered in the instance that a minor is not permitted into the event. Tickets can be transferred to a different individual, they would just need to show proof of ticket purchase upon entry.
If a PartiLife cancels an event due to dangerous weather/driving conditions, emergency, illness, or other unexpected circumstance, PartiLife will work with the host to find a new date for the event. All tickets would be transferred to the new event date and location chosen by the host. In this instance then tickets would be refundable if the new date, time and location does not work for the ticket holder.
If a PartiLife event is cancelled by a host then there are no refunds offered on tickets. In this instance it is advised that you speak to the host directly regarding your tickets.
PartiLife utilizes social media for marketing purposes. Guides take photographs during events, which will be later posted onto PartiLife social media accounts. By purchasing a ticket and attending a PartiLife event you grant permission to have your photograph taken and posted via many social media channels.
When photographs of minors are taken we ensure as best as we can that no facial features are visible. When a group photograph is taken, all minors are asked to cover they faces to ensure they are protected.
All photographs taken are the sole property of PartiLife and it is our sole discretion how, when and where the photographs are shared.
Limit of Liability
PartiLife holds no guarantee of your event experience. There are no guarantees that an event will be uninterrupted and error-free due to human nature of the Guide as well as the group of attendees. Hosts of PartiLife events are not representative of the company, but rather their specific event, therefore PartiLife is not liable for any actions that any host may take. Guides are required to display professional behavior at all times however PartiLife is not liable or accountable for any actions of our Guides or other staff members.
PartiLife cannot guarantee any booking dates without a deposit to secure the date. Until the deposit is received any tentative dates set with Guide may be booked with another party, depending on which deposit is received first.
PartiLife is to be found harmless against all losses, expense, damage and/or penalties that may arise out of any action for damages to property or persons occasioned by the performance of the services.
